Primarily we have a fully renovated and modernized penthouse apartment on the top floor of the building. This space has been met with rave reviews for gatherings ranging from bachelor and bachelorette parties to gaming events due to the massive projection screen and cozy yet spacious setting.

Our downstairs concert hall doubles as a social hall which is available for rent. We have tables and chairs for over 100 and a stage and sound system. Contact us directly for this option which is rented by the hour with a 4 hour minimum and starts at a base rate of $75 an hour.
We also have our historic chapel area which is ideal for large gatherings or events.

It has been restored back to its original glory of all original hardwood floors and a totally open floor space capable of housing up to 500 people.

Brand new central heating and air have also been installed alongside a state of the art sound and lighting system for the concert venue it doubles as; Preserving.
This area has been utilized by everyone ranging from Code Orange for their "Back Inside The Glass" live stream to record conventions and movie screenings
